Sesame Blonde April 21
Long fermented, naturally leavened sourdough bread highlighting deeply roasted sesame seeds incorporated into the dough.
This sesame “blonde” loaf is using lighter flours all from Cairnspring Mills in Washington, who source grains all from the PNW and mill lovely fine flour that’s sifted off a bit more bran & germ than our standard country loaf, which also has Camas Country Mill whole grain flours. This will be more on the creamy/custardy/fluffy textural side than the whole wheat sesame was!
